More and more people are using the Internet to recruit staff or to search for their next post due to its ease-of-use, speed and obvious cost-savings. A joint initiative between the Association of Colleges (AoC) and Eteach.com in 2004 saw the creation of a unique online recruitment service tailored specifically for Further Education professionals - FEjobs.com.
