College Vision - Norton Radstock College will be recognised for excellent learning and support inspiring and nurturing success.

Norton Radstock College has its roots at the heart of the local community, formed in 1948 to meet the education and training needs of those working in the mining industry.

Since then, the College has expanded as the needs of local people and businesses have grown and changed. We now have 9 schools:
• Animal Care
• Art & Design
• Business & ICT
• B6 Sixth Form College
• Engineering
• Essential Skills
• Hair & Beauty
• Health & Social Care
• Horticulture

Some of the services we provide:
• Full Time courses curriculum
• Part Time vocational qualifications
• The flexibility of day time and evening classes.

In 2004/05 the College had 790 full time students aged 16 - 18, and just over 5000 part time students of whom 90% were adults.

Since 2001 the college has opened Learning Centres in Radstock, Midsomer Norton and Keynsham, a Centre of Vocational Excellence at the main Radstock campus and recently a 'state of the art' Vocational Centre in Midsomer Norton. We have educational links and120 partners over 27 countries.

The college has 300 staff including approx. 50% part time staff.

The main Norton Radstock College campus is based in Radstock, approximately 12 miles from the City of Bath.
