Joseph Chamberlain is a sixth form college independently governed by its own Corporation and funded by the Government. We are not a school sixth form; nor are we part of a large FE college as is the case with most sixth form centres.

Joseph Chamberlain is one of the few colleges in the UK to be a recipient of the Queen's Anniversary Prize for Further & Higher Education and an outstanding (grade 1) classification from OfSTED.

Joseph Chamberlain College is the only College in Birmingham to hold an Outstanding (grade 1) classification from OfSTED. We are delighted to announce an A-Level pass-rate of 96% for 2012, making us one of the top-performing independent Sixth Form Colleges in Birmingham
