All applicants must complete the College application form which is available in other formats, including welsh if requested.
Following the closing date all applications forms are sent to the Head of School/Functional Area Manager for short listing. All candidates will be assessed against the agreed selection criteria. Candidates who meet the criteria will be invited to attend an interview.
All posts are subject to satisfactory references and these will be requested once the successful candidate has been offered the post. Two references are requested using a standard reference request form.
Offer of Employment
The HR team will prepare and issue the offer letter and statement of terms and conditions to the new appointee, together with other relevant documents e.g. pension details, staff handbook and supplementary information sheet.
The HR team will also send written confirmation to unsuccessful candidates.
