Longley Park is Sheffield’s only Sixth Form College. We specialise in courses for 16-18 year olds and our staff team are dedicated to providing the best possible support to help students ‘Stretch their Potential’.
We offer the widest range of A Levels in Sheffield, as well as Advanced Level BTEC courses for students who want to specialise in one particular subject area, such as IT or Art and Design. These courses are ideal for applications to University, and our students have been offered places for some of the most competitive Higher Education destinations, including Oxford, Cambridge, Medical and Dental Schools, and the Central School of Speech and Drama. If you need to improve your grades we have courses at Level 1 and Level 2 which will help you to reach your goals.
Whatever your level, you will find the help and support you need. We understand that our students are ambitious and all teachers and staff at the College are committed to ensuring that everyone achieves the best possible result.
This means that we expect you to work hard, but we will also make sure that you get individual advice and support. For students aiming for the highest grades we have a year-round programme of masterclasses and events. The Extended Project Qualification is also a great opportunity to develop the independent research and study skills needed for higher education.
