Join our dynamic and friendly team as a College Receptionist, where no two days are the same.

We're looking for someone who can provide a warm welcome and exceptional service to all who visit or contact the college.

As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in representing the college. Day-to-day you'll:

  • respond to student, parent, employer and visitor enquiries in person, by phone and over email, providing clear information with professionalism and approachability.
  • support a range of administrative tasks, ensuring accurate records and efficient systems are maintained.
  • provide support at key events such as open evenings and enrolment days, working closely with colleagues across College.

Teaching: We recognise that taking regular breaks from work is important. The College offers full time teaching staff up to 56 days off per year (this includes 40 days annual leave, 8 bank holidays and a period of operational closure at Christmas closure (which has been 8 days in recent years).
