LMP was established in 2004, starting with a residential summer basketball camp and driven by the mission to create opportunities for young people, something that we still do to this day.

We have since expanded to even greater endeavours, consisting of three companies, delivering alternative education programmes, traineeship courses, apprenticeship courses and lots, lots more.

Our passionate team is driven to develop educational programmes and activities that change futures by helping others learn and grow as individuals. We invest in the future of tomorrow and provide young people with life-changing experiences.
