We wish to appoint a well-motivated and talented year manager to join our Behaviour & Welfare Team to provide progress and welfare support.
We are a growing School and were judged as ‘good’ in our last Ofsted inspection. Our vision is to create a learning environment that challenges our students to succeed. We wish to appoint a dynamic and inspirational leader with a passion for education and a real desire to secure this vision.
The role
As Progress and Welfare Manager the successful candidate will support the key stage leader to embed fully all four cornerstones of the KLAS curriculum - knowledge, literacy, aspirational enrichment and social mobility.

This temporary role is linked to a maternity absence to start mid-January for up to one year. The position is term-time only, 37 hours plus 5 additional days.
