Hello from the Principal

Leading ATTFE to success since 2016

I am incredibly proud to be the Principal of ATTFE  College and to work alongside a ‘FE’nomenal team who are truly invested and committed to lifelong learning.

My role combines my passions for education,  community, regeneration and community cohesion. I love using curriculum planning to address local employment gaps and create opportunities for local people to retrain, upskill and enhance the quality of their life.

We are delighted that you have considered working for us!

ATT Institute (Blended Leaning, People Development Curriculum)

Our Trust has created the Blended Leaning, People Development Curriculum: a comprehensive overview of people development experiences available to all ATT employees.

Our curriculum offer is vast and will be a vehicle to support all ATT employees in their endeavour to keep getting better! In order to keep improving, it is crucial that we continue to push for greater success by constantly updating our knowledge and skills; engaging with internal and external expertise that will evolve and disrupt our thinking and constantly evaluating and refining our practice. Irrespective of our role, our core business is mobilising teacher agency in order to transform the lives of the young people and communities we serve. This is the golden thread that runs through our people development curriculum vision. With a wealth of resources at our fingertips, this brochure is curated to help you filter through the many available courses, blogs and podcasts to engage in the very best people development activities that will enable you to engage in your own development synchronously and asynchronously. This brochure should be the spine of every people development discussion, acting as a roadmap for you to bespoke your own development.

We value the development of our employees and are able to offer our staff the following:

  1. Appraisals
  2. Training
  3. Coaching and Mentoring
  4. Virtual Learning
  5. Career Development
  6. Secondment Opportunities
  7. Training for middle and senior leaders

We really value the hard work and commitment of our employees, which is why we offer lots of benefits to suit different work and personal circumstances and a working environment that encourages and inspires excellence.
