You will join an experienced team with a strong track record of excellent outcomes in Computer Science and IT. Learners are highly engaged with the content and benefit from well-equipped classrooms and high-quality lesson delivery.
As an A Level IT Teacher, you will deliver engaging, challenging and thought provoking lessons to learners aged 16–19, supporting them to develop curiosity, confidence and a deep understanding of computing principles. Through creative and effective teaching strategies, you will ensure all learners are supported to achieve their full potential.
Beyond the classroom, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop schemes of work, assessment approaches and enrichment opportunities. You will also play an important role in supporting learners with university applications, personal statements and progression advice related to IT, Computer Science and related pathways.
This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about their subject and committed to shaping inquisitive, resilient and future ready learners.

You will be confident in using data to monitor progress, plan interventions and inform your teaching practice.
