Apprenticeship Support Officer

Permanent vacancy - 37 hours per week

£24,223 to £26,298 per annum

The Apprenticeship Support Officer will be responsible for completing reviews with employers and their apprentices every 12 weeks as a minimum. This will involve arranging and facilitating meetings to review progress to date, ensuring evidence is provided to inform the review, and discuss aspirations and plans for the next steps in progressing to achieve the apprenticeship qualification.

You will work closely with Trainers to obtain regular updates on progress and log all relevant learner information on our ePortfolio system Aptem. As this post supports across the whole department, you will have scope to support across different divisions including Construction, Health, Horticulture and Digital. The Apprenticeship Support Officer role is a key role in ensuring that apprentices succeed. The successful applicant should demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, as you will be working with external stakeholders daily and representing the College at important meetings with employers.
