Due to the continued growth and success of our Apprenticeship provision, we are looking for a passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Health Trainer to deliver Level 2 and Level 3 programmes and support apprentices throughout their journey. Possessing occupational skills and knowledge at Level 5 would be advantageous but is not essential.

About You

You will be an enthusiastic and committed individual with a background in the health and care sector, who is passionate about supporting others to succeed. You will be confident in sharing your industry knowledge and experience, with strong communication and organisational skills that enable you to engage and motivate learners from a variety of backgrounds. You will enjoy building positive relationships with employers and colleagues, while bringing a proactive, self-motivated and adaptable approach to your work.

You will also be committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and supporting apprentices to achieve positive outcomes.

Whether you already have teaching experience or are looking to move into education, you will be fully supported to develop and thrive in the role.

Required

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent in an occupational area or Level 4 qualification in related field

• Assessor Awards (or willingness to work towards)

• Level 5 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)

• At least 2 years’ work experience in a relevant discipline
