HR Officer

Human Resources

Permanent vacancy – 37 hours per week

£23,534 per annum

There are a range of administrative processes to undertake in support of the Human Resources function. The main duties of our new HR Officer include:

  • To provide first line advice and guidance to management and staff on employment procedures
  • Recording and updating staff absences and identifying absence triggers
  • Organising and participating in sickness absence meetings
  • Conducting exit interviews and stay interviews
  • Monitoring benefits and long service awards for staff
  • Meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy
  • Providing excellent customer service whilst supporting all College employees

We are looking for a HR Officer that is extremely organised, flexible and able to handle a variety of simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment. In return, you will be joining a well-established, close-knit team that offer hands on support and investment in your continuous professional development.
