£26,298 to £30,375 per annum

If you are an excellent communicator enjoy working in a highly focused educational setting and put students at the heart of everything you do this is the role for you.

Our tutorial provision embeds a mix of delivery methods which includes detailed focus on developing independent A Level students through Growth Mindset. Our Personal Progress Mentor team have exceptionally high standards and aim to inspire students to develop the skills they need to progress onto leading universities. They play a vital role in the supporting students with their UCAS applications.

This year 72 of our learners have applied to Russell Group universities and we aim to increase this number next year as we have almost 500 learners moving into year 13.

The main duties include of this role is to provide pastoral and academic support for a cohort of learners through tutorials study sessions and 1 to 1 support. Assisting students with their next steps through tutorial delivery e.g. completing UCAS and job applications. Support with embedding and improving wider skills such as organisation time management study skills. Following up attendance issues and supporting learners who are not reaching their target grades.
