Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, supporting students in our Schools department at the Slough and Langley College campus. This position is on a permanent, term time only basis for 38 weeks of the year.

The role pays from G16 £16,667.46 up to G19 £18,525.24 (full time equivalent being G16 £24,098 up to G19 £26,784).

Learning Support Assistant – Schools

Join our Schools provision team and work with students referred from local schools who have a variety of SEN requirements. Your role will involve providing support on a one-to-one basis, in small groups or within a full classroom setting.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enabling students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to fully access the curriculum. By assisting in the delivery of a structured and planned learning support programme, you will help students engage in all aspects of college life and work towards their desired outcomes, learning goals, and full potential.
