Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Learning Support Assistant within our English Department to join our BCA College team on a Permanent Term-Time Only basis starting in September 2025 (37 weeks TTO).Learning Support Assistant – EnglishTo enable students to access the curriculum as fully as possible, supporting them to work towards their desired outcomes, achieving their learning goals and potential.To work under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Programme Manager and lecturers to assist with teaching, learning and associated activities in accordance with college policies, procedures and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).
