FTE: 1.266131 (40 hours per week 52 weeks per year)

About the role:
As Chef Manager, you will lead BCoT’s in-house catering team—taking full ownership of our refectory, coffee shop, and internal hospitality services. In this high-profile role, you’ll deliver high-quality, affordably priced food to our students, staff, and visitors while upholding exemplary hygiene and safety standards. Working closely with the DPFR, you will shape menus, optimise procurement, manage till systems, and ensure maximum commercial value—balancing culinary creativity with strong financial performance.
