£14.37 per hour (Basic £12.22 + £2.15 holiday pay)

£16.05 per hour (Basic £13.65 + £2.40 holiday pay)
Are you a highly motivated individual with strong industry knowledge and experience within the automotive field looking to work with a team passionate about what they do?
Our Automotive department is very well equipped to meet the demands of local employers, we are seeking a lecturer/assessor to assist with the training of our students.
You will have a passion for automotive technologies and the ability to enthuse and motivate young technicians of the future. Previous experience of working with young people would be advantageous in this role. You must have the drive, determination and desire to make a different to young people’s lives through education.
The successful candidate will:
• Hold a minimum of a Level 3 and/or 4 Automotive Technologies qualification and a teaching qualification
• Have Master Technician status (desirable)
• Be an accredited vocational assessor and have an internal verifier qualification (IVQ)
As the Automotive Lecturer your focus is to deliver well planned, engaging and innovative lessons to ensure that learners have the knowledge and confidence to succeed and progress.
