We are wanting to recruit an enthusiastic, innovative and experienced professional to join our committed team at BCoT to manage and deliver Business and Travel.
Successful candidates will have a clear track record of securing good outcomes for students and the understanding of the importance of raising the standard of teaching, intervening and using a range of strategies to raise achievement. The ideal candidate must be an engaging and motivated individual who has previously taught to Level 3. You must hold relevant teaching qualifications and have experience in a similar role. You will be expected to manage a small team of teaching staff, contribute to report writing and curriculum planning and have exceptional organisational skills.
Knowledge and experience of monitoring student progress and effective use of student data systems to intervene and raise standards are also essential for this post.
