Functional Skills Maths Lecturer

£24,294.10 per annum to £34,267.88**

Are you passionate about your subject area? Do you have experience of teaching functional skills maths to post-16 learners? If so, we would be very interested in hearing from you.

Due to a predicted rise in student numbers this September we are looking for an enthusiastic maths lecturer to join our team to deliver innovative and inclusive teaching to post-16 learners. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate your students enhancing your lessons using a variety of approaches including technology. Your role will be to progress, support and develop every student through outstanding teaching and learning to achieve a successful outcome in their maths studies.

Job requirements:

• Experience of teaching Functional Skills maths within the post-16 sector

• Hold a teaching qualification (Level 4)

• Have a minimum level 3 maths qualification

• Ability to deliver the curriculum creatively with strong independent organisational skills
