£25.92 per hour (£21.35 basic + £4.57 holiday pay)**

To

£39.61 per hour (£32.63 basic + £6.98 holiday pay)**

** Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience

The Future Skills Centre (FSC) is a new £4m ‘state of the art’ construction training centre in the heart of the Whitehill & Bordon regeneration project. Are you passionate about your subject area? Do you have experience of teaching GCSE and functional skills English to post-16 learners? If so, we would be very interested in hearing from you.

We are looking for an enthusiastic English lecturer to deliver innovative and inclusive teaching to post-16 learners. You will have the ability to inspire and motivate your students enhancing your lessons using a variety of approaches including technology. Your role will be to progress, support and develop every student through outstanding teaching and learning to achieve a successful outcome in their English studies.

Job requirements:

• Experience of teaching GCSE English and Functional Skills within the post-16 sector

• Hold a teaching qualification (Level 4)

• Have a minimum level 3 English qualification

• Ability to deliver the curriculum creatively with strong independent organisational skills

There may be opportunities to also work at our main college site in Basingstoke.
