Head of Room
1.0 FTE (40 hours per week, 52 weeks per year)
£25,070 - £25,570 per annum
BCoT Nursery is currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Head of Room to lead and support the team in providing a safe, supportive and caring environment for the children in the care of BCoT Nursery.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and highly organised Head of Room with a customer focused approach to join our team. You will need to be professional, flexible, and multi-task effectively and reflect the ethos and values of BCoT Nursery.
This exciting role will give the opportunity to oversee the team in their roles and act as a key person to individual children, working in partnership with parents and monitor the children’s progress to ensure individual child’s development needs are being met with a wide range of activities and experiences.
The successful candidate will hold a Childcare qualification either level 3, 4 or above and have experience of working with children under the age of five. Previous experience of being a Head of Room in a nursery would be desirable.
