Lecturer – Games Specialist

£25.50 per hour to £35.97 per hour (including holiday pay)

Start Date: Sept 2021

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Games Art Design to join our friendly and professional team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of UE4, Substance Painter, 3DS Max and Adobe CC and have a background in games testing and concept building.

The successful candidate will deliver inclusive, responsive and innovative support to learners. The main responsibility of the role is to teach across a broad spectrum within game art and design across all levels.

It is essential you have the ability to deliver the curriculum creatively with strong independent organisational skills. You will also have administrative responsibilities requiring the tracking, monitoring and recording of learners' work and progress. There will be a substantial marking commitment.

You will have a Level 4 teaching qualification. As an experienced teacher, you will be flexible and ideally be familiar with the current issues and challenges within FE. You would be joining a supportive team which has a strong focus on improving standards and achieving success.
