FTE 0.4054 (18.5 hours per week, 36 weeks per year)

£7,400.96 to £8,280.81 per annum

(Pro rata £18,255.94 to £20,426.27 per annum)

Basingstoke College of Technology has a vacancy for a Progress Coach to provide one-to-one and small group sessions to a range of learners.

You will be working alongside within the learning support team to offer students additional one to one or group sessions outside the classroom. You will offer support within their vocational subjects – looking at overlearning or assignment assistance, Maths and English additional sessions or work on social skills, confidence building e.t.c

 You will possess a strong track record of working with learners who have Additional Learning Support needs, with demonstrable experience in supporting reading and language acquisition. Experience in an FE environment is desirable, but not essential.
