Sessional Lecturer in Media
£25.50 per hour (£21.01 basic + £4.49 holiday pay)
£35.97 per hour (£29.63 basic + £6.34 holiday pay)
We are recruiting for an enthusiastic and motivated Lecturer in Media to join our Media and Games department. As the Media Lecturer, you will be delivering programmes within the curriculum area. Experience working with Adobe CC is preferable. You will constantly strive to produce outstanding teaching and learning at all times to ensure that all learners succeed in their chosen programmes. Working within the department, this role will contribute to the achievement of the college’s Strategic Plan.
As the Lecturer in Media, you will guide and tutor learners through the learning process, deliver interesting and innovative learning experiences.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A relevant vocational qualification to Level 3 (Degree or equivalent vocationally relevant qualification would be desirable)
• Excellent presentation skills, commitment to achieve excellence
• Appropriate ability to use technology within the classroom as an aid to deliver outstanding teaching
