―Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both apprentices and employers.
―A sound understanding of apprenticeship standards, frameworks, and assessment practices.
―Ability to manage a caseload of apprentices and track their development in a structured and efficient manner.
―Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver training sessions effectively.
―A passion for developing the next generation of leaders and managers.

Role Overview
―As a Leadership and Management Trainer/Work Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting apprentices on their journey to becoming effective leaders and managers. This position combines both training and coaching elements, where you will deliver leadership and management training, provide one-on-one coaching to apprentices, and assist them in successfully completing their apprenticeship programme. You will work closely with apprentices, employers, and BCE’s education team to ensure apprentices develop essential leadership skills and knowledge that align with both industry standards and their career goals.
Salary and Days of Work
―3 to 5 days per month (more details and specifics will be shared upon appointment)
―Total of 100 days of work over a 20-month period
―Contract period May 2025 to Dec 2026
―Day rate £250
