We are seeking to appoint a  tutor, trainer and assessor in our Business & Professional department based at our Sutton Coldfield College.

The successful candidate will be required for the recruitment, delivery and assessment of all apprenticeships within the sector, along with a range of online courses that will meet the needs of local community, employers and any individual requiring upskilling in line with their professional development. This is a peripatetic role where the post holder will expected to plan their time efficiently.

The TTA will carry out training and assessment of learners in the work place and deliver training solutions to employers. Working closely with line managers and mentors, in the work place, to ensure that tasks undertaken by the learners are both beneficial to the employer and allow the candidate to demonstrate competence against the standards or assessment requirements. You will also work as part of a team supporting a range of online qualifications and standards in accordance with Awarding Bodies and EPAO’s.
