Required for JANUARY 2026 – Specialist Leader in Teaching and Learning – Maths (TLR2B)

As we continue to raise standards and drive improvement, we are looking for a Teaching and Learning Champion who can bring an additional layer of expertise and support to our leadership team. This role is pivotal in helping us maintain consistently high-quality teaching and learning across the faculty. You will be joining a dynamic team at an exciting time, where your experience and insight will help shape our pedagogical direction and ensure our pupils thrive in a rich and challenging mathematical environment.

As a Teaching and Learning champion you will:

- Drive innovative teaching methods and curriculum development to inspire a love of Maths.

- Play a key role in raising standards of progress and attainment across the faculty.

- Support colleagues by modelling best practice and sharing effective strategies.

- Work as part of a ‘Teaching and Learning’ Team within the school to drive pedagogy and curriculum

This role would suit an ambitious teacher looking for a leadership position. We are looking for someone who is:

- An excellent classroom teacher with a strong record of pupil progress.
