The Governing Body of Litchard Primary School wishes to appoint a reliable, self-motivated and well organised person to take on the responsibility of Premises Officer within the School
Duties which the post holder will be required to undertake include:
- Cleaning duties.
- DIY tasks.
- General maintenance of the premises and grounds.
- Ensuring the security of the premises.
- Responding to calls if alarm is activated.
- Acting as 'banksman' when deliveries are made to the school.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate excellent self-management skills, and an awareness of health and safety issues.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
