Tondu Primary School is seeking to appoint a highly motivated, reliable and proactive Senior Premises Officer to join our dedicated team.

This is a key role within our school community, responsible for ensuring that our buildings and grounds across two school sites are safe, secure, well-maintained and welcoming for all pupils, staff and visitors. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of both sites, coordinating maintenance, health and safety compliance, security and contractor visits to ensure high standards are always maintained.

We are looking for someone who:

Takes pride in maintaining high standards across a large and varied school environment.
Has experience of site maintenance, premises management and health and safety procedures.
Is able to work independently, prioritise workloads and respond effectively to unexpected situations.
Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
