Temporary up to 31 August 2026
The Governors of Brackla Primary School wish to appoint a highly motivated and creative primary school teacher to work part time in Progression Step 3. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate educator to make a positive impact on our school community.
Candidates need to have a passion for high quality primary practice, be excellent classroom practitioners and work effectively as part of a team. We are looking for someone who has an interest in contributing to the wider life of the school and who is able to make an impact beyond their own classroom. Candidates need to have high expectations for all pupils both academically and with their behaviour.
The successful candidate should:
Be passionate about teaching and learning and have high expectations;
Have a strong knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum;
Have the ability to work collaboratively with their job share partner and as part of a team;
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Show a commitment to continuous professional development;
Demonstrate creativity and innovation in lesson planning and delivery;
Actively participate in the life of the school community and support its ethos.
