The Governors of Coety Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, caring, and committed Learning Support Officer (LSO) to join our highly motivated and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in helping all learners achieve their full potential.
What we are looking for:
We are seeking someone who is:
- Committed to professional learning and supporting whole-school improvement
- A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with staff, children, families and governors
- Focused on nurturing and supporting every child to achieve their very best
- A team player with a proactive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and confident in working independently when needed
- Willing to support the wider school day, including 30 minutes of lunch duty each day
About you:
- You will hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) and/or have recent, relevant experience working with children in a school or childcare setting.
- You are someone who brings warmth, energy and a strong sense of responsibility to your role every day.
