Salary Range: BG8 £26,873-£28,770 (Actual £23,500 - £25,160)
Full-time, Term Time Only plus Inset Days

Join Our Team as a Social Emotional Mental Health mentor at Bridge Learning Campus!
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? As a Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) Mentor at Bridge Learning Campus, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students' academic progress and overall well-being. Your mission will be to identify and address barriers to learning, including emotional and behavioural difficulties, and implement proactive interventions to help students thrive.
You will:
Work with students individually or in groups on planned intervention programs to:
• Encourage acceptable behaviour and develop strategies to improve students' self esteem.
• Help students develop positive relationships with peers and adults.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clear boundaries,
• Promote equality, equity, inclusivity, and diversity across campus life.
• Support students in the intervention and reflection rooms.
• Communicate effectively with teachers / parents/carers about students' interventions.
• Mentor and develop other Mentors, supporting their induction and growth.
