The Role:
Hareclive E-ACT Academy is currently seeking a full time Receptionist to be based within their busy school office. The role itself is exciting and varied, and the successful candidate will need to feel comfortable working within a fast paced environment. The contract on offer is permanent and full time (37 hours per week), and we require a start date of 01/09/2024 ready for the new academic year.
Key responsibilities:
- Delivering an effective reception service including answering routine telephone and face to face enquiries; signing in visitors and sorting and distributing internal and external mail.
- Undertaking clerical duties related to the post such as production of letters, reports and other documents as requested using relevant ICT packages such as spreadsheets, databases, Word, internet and SIMS
- Maintaining stock and supplies, cataloguing and distributing as required or as directed
- Maintaining manual and computerised records/returns/management information systems
Pay range:
Scale Point 2 (Actual Salary £20,175, Full Time Equivalent £22,366)
