A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Early Years Support Worker to work as part of our experienced day care team at Southmead Children’s Centre. We are a vibrant, multi-cultural and diverse nursery, looking for a practitioner who is flexible and reflective with a good sense of humour who is keen to develop and progress in their career. We want you to join us in creating a safe, warm and caring learning environment both indoors and outdoors which will inspire children to unlock their full potential.
You will be supporting with the care needs and education of a group of children within a key person structure. You will work as part of a supportive team to create an exciting and positive environment where young children can thrive. You will support with the observing and assessing of children’s development.
You will work in partnership with parents building trusting relationships to support their children’s learning by participating in home visits and parent consultations.
Hours: 13.4 hours per week Thursday and Friday. Term Time Only
