Job Title: Senior Administration Assistant (Level 2) - SEN
Actual Annual Salary: £24,562 - £26,478 (Based on hours and term time only + 5 insets + 1 week.)
Full Time Equivalent Salary: £27,964 - £30,146 (CLF Grade C). Based on 37 hours per week, all year round.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Under the guidance of senior staff, the Senior Administration Assistant will provide high quality administrative, clerical and organisational support to the academy. They will be expected to have administrative responsibility and may be expected to take the lead role in the administrative support for a specific area such as admissions, property management, inclusion or the primary phase (amongst others). Within the scope of the role, they will work proactively to find solutions where required. At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the
role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.

You will have:
Awareness of policies and procedures relating to child protection, health, safety and security, confidentiality and data protection.
Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrates empathy and active listening.
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in order to manage a varied and busy workload to meet deadlines.
Be confident working independently and proactively using initiative to deliver solutions, taking a lead role in regard to specific processes/ pieces of work with appropriate support if required.
A keen interest in working within an education-based environment and commitment to inclusion and acceptance of all.
