Brooklands is a Further Education College with two campuses based in Weybridge, Surrey and Ashford, Middlesex. We pride ourselves in providing innovative and effective programmes for learners of all abilities.

We are looking for an individual to work with our electrical installation learners  in the college and the workplace, to further develop our offer to employers in the region.

The purpose of this role is crucial to our continuing drive to be an outstanding provider of training and development opportunities for local industry and employers. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for working with people to help and support them to meet their potential. In addition to supporting the quality of our learner’s experience, the post holder will be required to achieve challenging targets for student retention, achievement, customer satisfaction levels and the development of Brooklands College as the first choice for employers.

You must have practical experience of tutoring, coaching and assessment in a work-based environment. The successful candidate should also be familiar with assisting the delivery of Functional Skills.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications and work experience in the subject area. You will be an enthusiastic team member who is flexible and willing to work on both college campuses and in employer workplaces. We welcome applications from all sections of the community.
