We are currently recruiting for a Secondary SEND Senior Teaching Assistant. Connex supports Secondary aged children & young people (Learners are Secondary age but are working at Primary level and follow a primary curriculum approach).

Connex is an Alternative Provision offering personalised curriculums to our children and young people who have a range of special educational needs. We support our SEND Learners, ranging in age from EYFS to Key Stage 4, in small groups or as individuals, along with supporting them in their mainstream schools and settings through our Outreach Services.

Connex is on an exciting journey of growth and transformation! We are doubling in size next year and moving to a brand-new building. This expansion will allow us to enhance our provision, support more children and young people, and create an inspiring environment where they can thrive. Join us on this exciting journey and help us to shape our future.

We are in search of a dedicated and passionate Senior Teaching Assistant. If you:

  • Have a resilient and proactive attitude
  • Are passionate and creative
  • Are a flexible team-player
  • Are ready to make their mark on a new school
  • Then we’d love to hear from you!

Our children and young people are unique and need positive, supportive and fun Senior Teaching Assistants who appreciate that their learning journeys can be a bit different and strive to meet the needs of our students.

Connex is proud to be part of Brunel Education - a growing educational community with no barriers, only potential. We strive to significantly improve the life chances and outcomes for our students within our SEND, CofE and mainstream EPs.
