We are looking to recruit a Bootcamp Career & Apprenticeship Mentor, to work with adults on both a group and individual basis, to ensure a positive student journey experience through their training programme to employment.

The Bootcamp Career & Apprenticeship Mentor will:

* Mentor students during their 12-16 week skills programme
* Develop progression action plans and provide job and apprenticeship opportunity search support
* Support students to secure a positive destination at the end of their training.

This is a Fixed Term Contract for 1 year, working 37 hours per week / 52 weeks per year. Successful candidates will be based at our Aylesbury Campus and Flackwell Heath Campus.
