Are you organised? Do you have experience of estates management / maintenance / scheduling and site safety? If so then the Campus Manger role may be for you? Working across our 3 campuses, ensuring the day to day running of a busy estates department.

The Campus Manager will work alongside another Campus Manager and the Head of Estates.

As Campus Manager the successful candidate will:-

  • Oversee and manage the maintenance operations across all college campuses, ensuring adherence to established procedures and regulatory compliance standards, thereby safeguarding the functional integrity of the college facilities.
  • Co-ordinate and manage the Maintenance/Safety, Caretaking, Reception, Housekeeping and Grounds and Transport teams to ensure staff work together to provide continuous excellent customer service.
  • Ensure adequate stocks of maintenance spares guaranteeing continued service
  • Manage transport and staff ensuring the provision is maintained throughout the year.
  • Monitor the Asbestos Management register following all compliance requirements.
  • To Deputise for Head of Estates in their absence, attending college wide meetings and liaising with stakeholders on their behalf
