We are seeking to recruit a Program lead with Beauty Specialism who holds a minimum Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification. We are looking to recruit an individual who can confidently and enthusiastically deliver outstanding student success through operational leadership and management of a team of staff including lecturers, and business support staff. Our mission is to empower learners to realise their potential and achieve their career goals. As a Vocational and Employability Tutor, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our students.

You will provide personalised guidance to students, helping them navigate their next steps cross college by strengthening their maths and English skills and developing problem solving, entrepreneurial thinking and study skills.



The successful candidate will be required to:

* Have the ability to plan and prepare innovative schemes of work, lesson plans and assessment schedules which motivate students to achieve.
* Plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, whilst also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential.
* Address the individual needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom
* To line manage a high performing team of staff and support the team's development through Personal Development Reviews, target setting, performance management and staff development.
* Deliver outstanding student success through operational leadership and management of a team of staff including lecturers, and business support staff
