We are seeking to recruit an innovative, outgoing and motivated individual to join our outstanding team of Industry Placement Officers. Based across Aylesbury and High Wycombe Campuses; you will engage with employer's, staff and students, working collaboratively to ensure our young people have high class and relevant work experience and Industry Placement in the local community and beyond.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week over 52 weeks with 30 days annual leave. A job share would be considered.



The successful candidate will be:



* Generating new placement and work experience opportunities, as well as being the key point of contact for employers, whilst they host a student on work placement.
* Establishing and developing strong relationships with employers and having a clear commitment to ensure that these relationships are sustainable
* Liaising with teaching staff to ensure that work placements provide appropriate opportunities for learners to progress in both their technical and work related skills development, relevant to their chosen vocational sector.
