We have a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Learning Centre Assistant at Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Aylesbury Campus. This position is part-time, term-time only, for 25 hours per week, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and Friday, 11:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Our Learning Centre Assistants play a crucial role in creating a positive and supportive environment for students and staff. Reporting to the Learning Centres - Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing assistance in the effective use of learning resource materials and digital technologies.

The successful candidate will be required to have:


  • Previous experience in a library, educational or customer facing environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
