We are looking for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join our supportive and talented central team. You will be contracted on a hybrid working model which includes working from home and office-based working.
What we are looking for:
Reporting to the Recruitment Adviser, the Recruitment Co-Ordinator will directly support a number of our academies and provisions. The post holder will provide both HR administrative support and professional advice for all recruitment and selection related activities. They will positively support both candidate attraction and the recruitment of excellent candidates. They will lead on pre-employment checks for successful candidates within their academies and provide support throughout the induction process.
The post holder will ensure all procedures are carried out accurately and in accordance with CLF policies and requirements, Department for Education (DfE) guidance and appropriate legislation. Opportunities will also be provided to become involved in HR related projects.
To be successful in this role, excellent organisation skills are essential. The successful candidate will be managing numerous conflicting prioritises across a number of our academies. Efficiently managing one’s time is a key element to this role as you will be required to work at pace during peak recruitment periods. The successful candidate will need to build strong working relationships with their allocated academies and proactively manage recruitment needs.

The successful applicant will be working across a number of locations including working from home. They will also be based within the central office and across academy sites.
