A great opportunity for two individuals seeking administrative role in term time:
Broadoak is seeking two enthusiastic Administrative Assistants to join our busy and friendly team. Working under the guidance of senior staff, you will provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support across the academy.
These are flexible roles within our Academy Administration team, offering variety throughout the week. Responsibilities include working on the school reception, supporting the Student Services desk, assisting in Reprographics, and carrying out general administrative duties within the main office. This includes responding to parent enquiries, managing emails, preparing communications for home, and completing a range of other essential administrative tasks that help support the smooth running of the academy.
At all times, the post holder will be expected to work collaboratively with relevant colleagues to fulfil the requirements of the role and contribute positively to the effective running of the administration function within the academy.
About you:
You will have:
- Good literacy and numeracy competency (evidenced by GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, equivalent qualifications or experience).
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Skills and understanding to convey sensitive information effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills, in particular demonstrates empathy and active listening.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Experience of working in an administrative role and undertaking a range of administrative tasks
