Job Title: Data Manager

Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2025

Hours: Part time – 30 hours per week, Term time only, plus inset days, plus an additional 2 weeks in the school holidays

Hanham Woods Academy are currently looking for a Data Manager to join our supportive and talented team. We are a diverse multi-academy trust, looking for professional and ambitious people, with a passion for transforming students’ learning.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in the post, we are looking for a Data Manager who will work within the Central CLF Data Team but have specific responsibilities to lead on the Academy’s student performance data management procedures and processes. Organise, maintain and develop the Academy’s Management and Information Systems (MIS).  Ensure the Academy’s strategy for monitoring achievement is effectively and efficiently steered.  Ensure statutory returns are met and that data is handled and managed effectively.   Prepare, produce, analyse and deliver data to facilitate raising standards and for strategic planning purposes within the Academy. Beyond the Academy there will be opportunities to work within the CLF Data Team on wider projects and data across the organisation.
