What we are looking for:

Hans Price Academy in Weston super Mare is looking for a passionate, creative and inspiring qualified Teacher of English to join our strong, enthusiastic and talented team. We are a growing organisation, looking for a professional and ambitious teacher, with a passion for transforming our students’ learning.

The successful candidate would be joining a collaborative, dynamic and forward-thinking team who have developed a strong curriculum, which champions oracy, creativity and a love of reading. We pride ourselves on fostering a true appreciation for English in our students. We cultivate a classroom environment where students feel success daily, feel safe to take risks, and feel a real sense of belonging. Our curriculum is rigorous and challenges students to expand their cultural capital through studying literature in multiple formats across a wide range of cultures and time-periods. We are excited to welcome a new team member who is ready to share their talent and expertise to enable our already-experienced team to continue to go from strength to strength.

Hans Price is situated in an area with above level depravation, but we are proud to work with disadvantage students who obtain above average levels of outcome.
