Your opportunity to support the running of an alternative provision in the heart of Bristol:

Cabot Learning Federation are looking for a Vice Principal to join the hardworking and dedicated team of support staff, teachers and senior leaders at Snowdon Village in Bristol. This opportunity will seize the chance to make a real difference to the lives of the pupils and have the drive and passion to accelerate improvement.

Snowdon Village is a multi-site, cross-phase alternative provision that sits within the heart of the CLF. The Snowdon Village sites include The Nest, Engage, Bristol Futures Academy and City School.

Our primary aim is to meet the needs of children and young adults who have social, emotional and mental health issues by offering a suite of alternatives to mainstream school. Members of Snowdon Village may engage with the provision in a variety of ways, from long-term residential care to short-term, part-time alternatives which complement their existing school experience.

This is an exciting time to join the academy, as this appointment will be central to sustaining and continuing improvements and offers an excellent opportunity to support an experienced Principal and an outstanding leadership team, both within Snowdon Village and across the wider Cabot Learning Federation.

Full role information and requirements, including the job description and person specification, can be found in the attached candidate information pack.
