As a key part of the dedicated team we allocate to every young person, you’ll have a vital role in helping young people learn and develop skills for life. You don’t need any special qualifications for this role, but you do need to share our passion to help young people be the very best they can be.
In return, our new and improved training programmes will help you develop your professional skills and you will also learn from some of the most dedicated and inspirational people in our profession and just like our young people, you will be learning all the time through our on-going tailored mentoring and coaching.
About Lufton College:
Lufton College has 2 sites across 40 acres of beautiful countryside. We support young people and adults, between the age of 16 – 25, that have autism with additional learning needs and associated complex behaviours across day, 38 and 52 week placements. Our college aims to enrich and support students as they enter this important part of adulthood. Through our college cats and mini farm, we use animal therapy to support our young people.
