Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Courses Administrator to join our Commercial team at our Cambridge/Huntingdon Campus. You will join us on a part time basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of between £10,395 per annum to £11,584 per annum pro rata of full-time salary £18,318 - £20,413 per annum, plus staff benefits.

About the role:

We are extremely excited to launch a brand-new suite of training courses including green technology to expand on our outstanding commercial courses offer and we are looking for the right candidate who can help us with this growth. We are on a mission to be the partner of choice for training the workforce in gas, oil, water, electric, renewables and green skills and are delighted to be able to offer training to employers to support their businesses.

Working closely with existing team in commercial course delivery you be supporting customer care and administration across a variety of areas and bringing forward ideas to develop our service

Your main responsibilities would include:

1. Provide exceptional customer service to prospective students ensuring they have the right information to make informed decisions about the study they undertake

2. Provide support to the training team ensuing they have the required information to do their jobs well

3. Provide administrate support across our commercial courses offer as required

This opportunity is perfect for someone who is experienced in coordination and administration of a complex team
